TAX SERVICES

Available even if we did not prepare the original tax return, subject to document review and service acceptance.

Novapro Multi-Services LLC provides administrative tax-document assistance and response-package preparation based on the IRS notice and records you supply. This service helps you respond in an organized, timely manner while keeping clear boundaries around what we can and cannot do on your behalf.

How We Can Help

IRS Notice Review

Review the IRS notice to identify the tax period involved, the stated issue, applicable deadlines, and the documents or information requested.

IRS Response Package Preparation

Prepare and organize an administrative response package based on the IRS notice and the documents provided by the client. The final response will be reviewed and signed by the taxpayer before submission.

Document Organization

Organize supporting records, correspondence, tax documents, receipts, statements, and other materials relevant to the IRS request.

Audit Documentation Assistance

Assist the client with assembling and organizing documentation requested in connection with an IRS examination or audit. This service is limited to document preparation and organization and does not include representation during an audit.

When Professional Representation Is Required

Some IRS matters require an authorized tax professional to communicate, appear, negotiate, or act on behalf of the taxpayer. When formal representation is necessary, the client will be referred to a qualified CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Tax Attorney.

Document-preparation and administrative assistance only. IRS representation is not included.
